Storage and distribution
Byggnet Access is the basic module which provides storage and distribution functions. This is included in all projects. Many of our customers use only this service.
This module provides you with a complete project platform that brings together all the information in one place. You can access it via the web or using our app. Regardless of whether you are a client, a project manager, a consultant, a contractor or a buyer, you always know where to find and enter information. Byggnet Access stores and distributes documents and information from drawings. You can order print outs of your drawings and have them delivered to the construction site.
Byggnet Access has simple and flexible functionality which is suitable for all construction projects, both large and small. In addition to information management, Byggnet Access has a range of different functions that will help your construction projects run smoothly. These include previewing documents, message management, fast search functions and a start page for each project where the latest changes in the project are clearly listed.
When a project is finished, you can easily move all the documents or just a selection of them to an archive that only certain project team members have access to. If the building needs to be converted in future, you can use these documents again.
